April 2 - 4 2009 “MEETING MURATORE” O “MEETING ARCHITETTO”? Federcongressi

by Rodolfo Musco, CMP, CMM and Mike Van der Vijver.

"Rodolfo Musco and Mike Van de Vijver had the opportunity to do a presentation on Meeting Architecture during the annual conference of Federcongressi, the Italian Federation of Conference Facilities. The active audience was especially interested in the relationship with the final client: how can intermediaries convince them that their meetings are in need of an overhaul to make them more effective? Indeed, not an easy task in a very traditional country such as Italy, where most economic activities have a political lining. In any case, one of the answers is: by starting to ask the right questions!"
