Meeting Architecture

Together with PMA (Project Meeting Architecture) a workbook is being developed to improve meeting effectiveness. Based on the principles of Meeting Architecture, this work book helps teams to design meetings or conferences based on objectives. It uses a structured brainstorm and standard documents to make sure the team stays on track and covers the most important issues. At the same time the training module of MAP will be scrutinised and improved with standard presentations etc.
